How long will shipping take?

We ship via USPS, which normally takes 5-10 business days to deliver after we ship it out (for domestic orders). We ship out of New York, U.S.A so the further you are from there, the longer it may take.

Orders outside of the United States may take a week to months to deliver, depending on current events. You may need to check with your local post office to pick up you order.

When do I receive my tracking number and/or how can I check my order status?

If you purchased the tracked shipping option, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours to see movement on USPS’ website after your tracking number has been created.

Once I place an order, when do you ship it out?

We ship all orders within 1-2 weeks after order completion. This does not include shipping time.

What should I do if I put in the wrong shipping address?

If returned to us and the shipping address was correct, we will re-ship it to you once at no extra cost. However, if you need to update the shipping address or re-ship it a second time, we will charge for shipping costs.

  1. Email subject: “Address Correction + ‘Your Order #’”

  2. First and Last Name

  3. Email Used For Confirmation

  4. Correct Address

What if my order is marked as "return to sender"?

If it is returned to us and the shipping address was correct, we will re-ship it to you once at no extra cost. However, if you need to update the shipping address or re-ship it a second time, we will charge for shipping costs.

Do you ship Internationally?

Sorry, we do not at the moment.

What if I haven't received my order yet?

If you purchased tracking and don't receive tracking info within 14 business days of your order being shipped, contact us at Support@talieahsaralada.com. Please refer to your tracking info for updates on shipping as it is out of my control once we drop it off at the post office.

If you still cannot find your order after it is marked as "delivered," please check with your neighbors and local post office before reaching out to our support email. Often times the tracking site is finnicky and may not always be the most accurate in tracking your order.

If you haven’t purchased tracking, I highly recommend to add this option for extra security.
